Daniel Mitchell is the
owner and president of Eagle CDI Inc. and is also the chairman for the
System Building Council. Dan is a well spoken man who is a third
generation contractor and has spent a good portion of his life
constructing homes. He enjoys volunteering as a wrestling coach and
helping charitable foundations as well as his love for constructing log
homes. He often speaks at conventions to help contractors better there
business operations and on how to build log structures.
Larry Lopez Project Manager
Larry has been with
Eagle CDI, Inc. since April of 2006, moving from New Orleans, LA,
because of his great love for the mountains. He joined our team to help
organize and streamline our projects. His customer relations skills &
construction knowledge have been assets in coordinating the multiple
phases of our projects. He and
his wife now reside in Sevierville, TN, where he enjoys hunting and
camping, and loves to cook.
Marta Lecce
Marta Lecce began
working for the company in April of 2006, as Executive Assistant to the
President of Eagle CDI Inc. She keeps her priorities in order – God, her
family (she is a devoted wife & mother of three), and still finds time
to enjoy & value her career very much. She also holds the titles of
Accounting Manager, Payroll Administrator, & Office Manager, all of
which keep her schedule tight. Marta jokes about not having any time for
hobbies, but she enjoys reading, music, old movies, shopping, and good
food. And, although she resides in Tennessee, she is from Florida, so
don’t be surprised if you see Florida Gators displayed in her office.
Christopher Stewart
Christopher Stewart
began working for Eagle CDI Inc. in August of 2006. When he first
started, he knew little about building cabins, but with the help of his
coworkers, he has become quite knowledgeable. He recently had an
accident in the field – so he fell his way into the office, where he
maintains the Eagle CDI Inc. website and performs various tasks to
assist the other office staff. He is a family man, and his hobbies
include fishing, drawing,
painting, cooking, martial arts, and making the world a better place for
all mankind.
Deadeye
Deadrick Keener has
been with Eagle CDI, Inc. right from the get go, 10+ years. Ol’ Deadeye,
as he’s known and respected, received his nickname for his uncanny
ability to spot how level or unleveled things are on the jobsite. On
those rare occasions when something is unleveled, he will put a level in
your hand, show you that it’s unleveled, rub it in your face a little,
or a lot, and then make you fix it – all the while keeping a dead eye on
your work. Deadeye currently resides with his wife in Seymour, TN, where
his many hobbies include hunting for bear – which, coincidently, he
resembles in many ways – four-wheeling, camping, and exploiting his vast
knowledge of the cabin building profession.
Jerry Beam
Jerry Beam began
working for Eagle CDI Inc. in a time
long ago; some archeologists believe it preceded the extinction of the
dinosaurs, but who’s to tell. His job responsibilities include preparing
the land for construction, and pouring the footers and foundation.
His hobbies include woodworking, especially furniture and cabinetry,
gardening, and fishing. He is an easy-come / easy-go guy, a dedicated
husband and father, and a conscientious and hard worker
Davonne Atkins
Davonne Atkins is summed up best as one of the hardest working employees at Eagle CDI Inc. Davonne performs the Arduous task of cleaning the jobsite and home when it is near completion. A Tennessee native, she resides in Seymour with her husband Kip; she has three children- Kaitlin, Karson, and her angel in heaven, Karlee Beth – all whom she loves dearly. Davonne enjoys cleaning, gardening, watching Karson race dirt bikes and Kaitlin play softball. She always has a smile on her face, spreads lots of sunshine and treats people with love and kindness.
Michael Newman
Michael Newman began
working for Eagle CDI Inc. just a short while ago, July of 2007; yet he
has already proven himself to be the most competent of carpenters. He
also has the ability to drive a nail with a single blow, thus earning
him the nickname THOR. Michael lives in Seymour, where he is a dedicated
husband and a father of two. His hobbies include hunting, especially bow
hunting for turkey, and the pride for his Chevy Silverado which few, if
any, can match. Now, should you be unfortunate enough to step in his
truck with muddy boots, be prepared to feel the wrath of THOR!
Thomas Smith
Thomas Smith began
working for Eagle CDI Inc. in December of 2003, which makes him
approximately fourth on the totem pole of seniority. With many years of
experience, he is very talented in the ways of the log cabin. Tommy, as
he prefers to be called, is a light-hearted soul, who keeps the jobsite
a pleasant atmosphere with his plethora of jokes and his willingness to
lend a hand. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, and four wheeling.
His heart of gold makes him a devoted family man, therefore he spends
much of his free time with his children, of whom he is very proud and
loves dearly.
John Arion Thedy III
John Arion Thedy III
began working for Eagle CDI,
Inc. in March of 2007. He brings to the table 15+ years
of cabin building experience. Arion, as he prefers to be
called, has a license to do electrical work, and is one of
the most talented carpenters around. It would seem
that his sole reason for being is to ensure that the job
run as smooth and efficiently, with as little rework as
possible… showing that he is very passionate about
his work.
Peanut
Christopher Waddell
began working for Eagle CDI Inc. in January of 2007. When we first met
Peanut, which is a nickname he’s had since birth, he was a subcontractor
who was doing work for us. Somebody noticed his great work and offered
him a job with Eagle CDI Inc. and the rest is history. He is a devoted
family man, and enjoys playing guitar, woodworking, and reminiscing
about his rock star days.
Dan Hunter
Daniel Hunter began working for Eagle CDI, Inc. in January of 2005,
and it seems with age comes wisdom (ha-ha). He is a well rounded
individual, and can perform just about any task pertaining to the
construction field with little to no gripe. Dan, A.K.A. Papa Smurf, as
we like to call him, hails from Huckleberry Springs, Knoxville, TN
where his hobbies include farming, wood working, and denying the
existence of time, because he can do just about anything these
young bucks can do.
